The film is the story of talented writer Jake Davis, who suffers from a neurological disease similar to epilepsy. After the death of his wife, Jake is forced to enter the hospital and secede from his little prince Katie, whom he loves with great love. Katie remains in the custody of her wealthy aunt, who is trying to adopt her and not return her to her father by filing a lawsuit based on his lack of health in terms of health. But the father and the daughter hold each other and face many challenges and offer the most beautiful relationship with grief and pain and cling to say the fragility of life word.
As the movie jounces along on florid pronouncements that overstate the obvious, "Fathers and Daughters" defies credibility and insults the intelligence.
