The 15th season is a new season for a wide range of different offerings from the international cooking chain. The season begins as the recruits enter the training program and discover that they will return to the basics because of the challenges of meat and potatoes. First, they learn that cooking is more than just a taste in a drilling skill that tests all five of their senses. After that, the cooks ask the recruits to create their own potato chopping dish. Finally, recruiters must prepare a meat-based dish suited to cowboys in the main challenge of the dish.
