This season revolves around a group of community college students. A lawyer gets his fake degree of law revoked, and now attends a community college. Developing an interest in a Spanish student, he forms a Spanish study group to catch her attention, but the group starts to expand, beyond his expectations.
I love that "Community" aims so high and far and wide and usually hits the mark. I love that, while it can be inconsistent at times, its best episodes rise to a level no other comedy can touch.
It's almost as if the show itself has pulled a Jeff Winger, convincing us that something means one thing, when the gut says that it's not quite right. Is this what the show does when it's being meta or just being lazy?
