Agent Jack Reacher is called to action again after the capture of Susan Turner, an Army major blamed for treachery. Suspecting manipulations, Jack leaves determined to demonstrate that the leader of his old unit is pure.
The feel for the epic that once gave this director's films a pop grandeur is also gone. He's made a totally anonymous movie, devoid of personality or interest.
